    One question: if you pick individually this same trunk 729 and dial, the problem still happening? or the ext number is showed on destination?

    BP 250 ANALOG trunk(v-sat line)

    Hi. Maybe the v-sat modem cannot 'see' the DTMF digits sent by BP. Try to change the values on commands 2611 and 2613, maybe could help.
