Hi curlycord, thanks for the reply. I am a noob to this so hopefully I get this right. I believe my main Operator extension is 225, which is also what I believe all the calls come into first. I believe I found the "target line" but I don't see the old DID being listed anywhere there. I believe my target line is 225 I found it by going to "Lines">225>Show>Trunk/Line data>"Target Line">Next>"Line Type: Public" I was also able to go to Terminal Sets>225>Line Acces>OLI:(which lists the...- Error707

Hi Guys, I have an old Nortel / Norstar system, we had a DID on it and everything worked fine, we had to port the DID out and we had a new DID assigned.
