Nick,
This system appears to be under service. I'd like to suggest you open a support ticket with E-MetroTel.

One other thing we have learned is that this only occurs when using two Nortel devices to call into the bridge. If a sip Device is used the recordings are correct
Just a heads up - we are testing Avaya 9504 and 9508 phones connected to the UCX through our DSM16p product.
Now you have an Optional migration path for your Avaya Customers.
Same ease of administration and simple licensing that you expect from and get with the UCx product line.
Good Catch, mfjim. You are correct. The file is actually there, just under a different Destination.
We have opened two jira's to correct this. One to correct the Destination when the call is a conference bridge and the other jira is to correct the filename that is used for the other bridge...
A couple of suggestions, if I may.
If the device onsite has ADTRAN on the label, a power cycle may be in order. I have seen on occasion where these devices can be unpredictable at times and a reboot seems to stabilize them.

Here are a couple of highlights:

Alan,
As the Ucxguy alluded to, make sure you have the ports forwarded. I duplicated this in the lab by removing the port forward rules for 10000-13999
Best thing I can suggest is to contact sales at E-MetroTel and they can setup a demonstration of this WebRTC technology for you. The number to call is 214.556.5917 dial x538 for sales.
