Need Help Solving an Issue with an Octel Serenade III
Recently we had to switch the DID for user access to our Octel Serenade. I Changed the DID on the option 61 to the new access DN and also on all the phones in our agency for 4 digit internal dialing. When dialing this new access number 7 digits from any phone, I can get in just fine for maybe 5...- EliteGT500
