Windows 95/ How do I format from a C: prompt.
Dear guys I had asked earlier how to fix my computer when it could not start up and said missing operating system. dear guys i have a windows 95. Every time I go to turn it on is says missing operating system.I booted with floppy that had a start up disk on it.
