would you say put the container around overything - or leave the footer outside it? i dont understand the enefit of putting everything inside it.- drfixpic

this is my first attempt at a pure css site. http://www.drfixpic.com it seems to work find in firefox but when viewed in IE the content in DIV Contents are forced to the bottom of the screen. i cant seem to work it out - any ideas? thanks. Faxof- drfixpic
