Trying to get into to do a card renumber via the telset and there is no prompt when I hit menu for system programming. What gives?

Customer blew up a CMDU and it needs to be replaced. Their software is on 17 release 22.46 floppy disks. Question 1: Is the boot disk part of those floppys and can I just insert disk one and go on my merry way? Or is there a seperate boot disk that starts the install like in release 23, 24, 25...

Well....That did'nt work. Gives me an Error in dos "ERROR OE AT IP 1541H". Cant seem to find anything on that error. Drives me nuts! anyone ever seen this?

Backup worked at one time but the PC died and needed to be reloaded. I will try the dos solution and see what happens from there. This is more than I was able to get anywhere else...thanks guys. Will let you know what happens tomorrow.

Once the PC has been booted in DOS what command are you running to start the Back up? Whats the process for this?

Have a MAT PC that is using windows 98. Everything works fine except the back up to floppy. I havbe tried new disks and that did not fix it. The system has been rebooted several times in the the last three years so I dont think that would solve the problem. Everytime I do a BKUPI it gives me an...
