IE 6.0 Error 015c3720

"explorer.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows"
I am receiving the following error. Iexplore.exe APO ver. 6.02800.1106 mod ver. 0.0.0.0 offset:015c3720. The error occurs when I close my browser and wants to send an error report to Microsoft. If anyone has any ideas, I would greatly appreciate the information. Thanx Double0- Double0
