I have confirmed the following:
Rel 24.24 uses BA or BB vintage phones
FB or later requires 25.30 or higher.

Yes. I programmed the set with the same NCOS, CLS , TGAR etc as the 3903 that I replaced.
I have the keys programmed as follows:
key 16 mwk 4444
key 17 trn
key 18 nul
key 19 cfw16
key 20 rga
key 21 prk
key 22 rnp
key 24 prs
key 25 chg
key 26 cpn
The only key above that displays is key 19...
I just replaced an M3903 with an M3904.
The soft keys will not display any functions, except for the "forward" key.
This is an OPT11C with Rel24 software.
The M3904 is REL2
My experience is very limited. so please. anyone can guide me as to what is wrong
