Thanks for your help, the step I was missing was removing the mailbox at 218. All is working perfectly now.- dkdheensaw

I tried this and it still doesn't work. I added 218 as an extension DN for mailbox 293 in Mermail. It still goes into the voice mailbox for 218 after the forwarding.- dkdheensaw

I am trying to forward a DN (218) to another users voicemail (293) on a ringing with no answer. I have set the FDN, EHT, HUNT, and EFD on DN 218 to 293. Now when DN 218 receives a call it rings three times at 218, then rings three times at 293, then goes to the voicemail for 218. I would like...- dkdheensaw
