I can’t imagine this os the reason as it would affect all services on iPhone then like WhatsApp, Facebook, LinkedIn that all get push notifications through Apples APN. As the OP only is affected (or seems to), I would see it as an issue between the client and the IPO.
But neither IPO nor Workplace Client nor the SBC directly connected to Apple‘s Push service. The connection is made to Avaya Spaces and Avaya Spaces connected to Apple‘s push service.
If Avaya Spaces wouldn’t trust the new Apple certificate, all IPO users with Apple Push would have been...
you want to see the LLPD information of a device that is connected to the phone’s PC port?
I bet this will not be possible. The port is meant to connect a PC but not other device types like printers or access points.

Linux based IP Office servers (primary server, secondary server, expansion system Linux) can load a Hilfsmittel file with up to five minutes length.

Provider tells IPO that the session is only valid for 60 seconds.
Can be that IPO re registers after 50%, so every 30 seconds.
This is generally not unusual and should not lead into a situation where the SD card would fill up.
You have to check.the 200 OK response to.the Register received from your provider.
Within the message you will find a text "expires=xxx" where xxx is a number of seconds the registration is valid. IPO renews the registration after 80 or 90% of that time range.
Be aware that your configuration...
