I want to create one line of text that runs across every page of a book---is there an easy way to do this or do I have to thread text boxes from one page to the next---I'd also like to do this with an image

I've got metadeta attached to 84 photos which I'd like to import to Indesign pages---is there an easy way to do this? Is there a way to carry the metadata over into a PDF file?

I'm running Indesign 2.02 and created an 84 page pdf in CS2. I downloaded the script for placing pdf in indesign--when I run it, it loads the first image--on the first page of the 84 page document i've created in indesign and then the script crashes---any ideas what might be happening here?
