    Hi Guys, need help. a company in my building is moving off of my switch and on to they're own! the problem is, the reception will be staying on our switch but need to be able to dial the new numbers quickly! dont want to use a call forward as this will inccur charges! any short dial options...

    it is a DDI, im thinking the extension ive tried using are not in my DDI range and have been added at some point! changed the DDI's to ones in range and this worked
