I tried your suggestions, but they didn't work. The only thing that works is when I move a user to the Domain Admins group and then it works. We are using Presentation 4.0, SP1.

Unfortunately, that did not fix the problem. I created the share and assigned Read permissions on the share, security is full access. Do I need to change the way the application is published? Thanks for your help.
