    Is there a way to get the Caller name to show up first instead of the number or extension. I have 1230 models where this happens and only if I hit the down arrow do I see the name.

    For the first time we setup a nortel 1210 phone. When a user calls only their extension shows up. Even if I arrow down the actual caller name is not there.
