    Thanks for responding. I tried what you suggested but errors at the last two lines: else Sum ({@SumRefAdj}, {VW_MORTGAGE_TAX_BY_TOWN_MC.MUNICIPALITY_NAME})*{@GetTaxRate} says that remaining text doesn't belong to the formula. Do I need to change the parentheses? Thanks
