    Hello, Yes, I have determined that it is not a power supply issue as I have spent my day swapping bays and power cords. When I take bay 1 and plug it into bay 2, it gets power..if I use the original bay 1 power supply in bay 2, bay 2 works. I'm sorry if I'm not explaining it very well.
