    Have a switch with Sucession 3.0 software with two I2002 phase 2 phones that will not keep its volume. Have the latest Firmware loaded.

    2002 phase I and II, set getting delayed dial tone and getting Handfree on its own

    I have a Nortel 3.0 relase 1000S system that I am having problems with the i2002 phase I&II phones, after a while the set goes on speaker phone on its own and when you hit the key to access the line the dial tone is delayed. Any sugguestions?

    How to RESET the Root password for UCM,

    I cant log into the UCM CLI as root account, states that the password is incorrect. How can you reset this password. This is 5.0 revised as 6.0 to meet JITCs requirements
