Guys , I just recently installed a IP 500 Rls 5.0 System. I have installed 2 Polycom 2490 but problems. I can receive calls on these conference phones but they are not breaking the dial tone. Is this an known issue with 5.0? Ctech

Hi, Can anyone find an upgrade cd for 3.5 Upgrade. I have the keycodes to take me from 3.5 to 3.6 and 3.6 to 4. I also have the upgrade cd for 3.6 to 4.0. I can Image to 4.0 but I will loose some info which I dont want. Help

Hey guys, Guess what? I used the 3.6 image on the 3.7 and it came up back as 3.7. Its a miracle. Its 100% ok. Again thanks it seems as if this is an Image on Red Bull. Thanks Again TL Nuff Respect......

Thanks man. It worked. I owe you one. the 3.6 worked very well. But I imaged another B.C.M that had 3.7 but to date it has not come up. I used the original nortel 3.7 images. Ever had that issue?
