Is the Nortel's com port the long narrow one or the standard network plug port? I cannot find a plug on the Nortel that looks similar to the serial port on the PC. Thanks, Claus- ClausSkaanning

Getting an M3820 to work
This is probably a very stupid question in this forum of experts. However - we have inherited a couple of old M3820's from another company. When I try to plug them into an ordinary phone plug, they do flash on, but they do not seem to work. I do not get any clear tone when I lift the handset...- ClausSkaanning
