    Depending where you live, check local schools that provides that training. I took it at Syracuse University CBIT Center. Lot's of hands on experience. Google to a near by provider and get prices but remember they are not cheap.

    You can run the Capture Text, that will give you a config file on Text from the emulation program. I've tested it, sometimes it's ok but you could also try PUTTY, it's a freeware emulation program.
