Why does my dhcp pool get removed after the router is restarted? Any ideas?

I have a router with 1 FA0/0(WAN PORT) and 4 FA switch ports 1/0 thru 1/3. How would I configure the switch ports to get access out through FA0/0(WAN) and also have things plugged into the 4 switch ports get addresses from the DHCP pool? Thanks in advance
