I have a router with 1 FA0/0(WAN PORT) and 4 FA switch ports 1/0 thru 1/3. How would I configure the switch ports to get access out through FA0/0(WAN) and also have things plugged into the 4 switch ports get addresses from the DHCP pool?

The 2 /29s are handed down from the ISP and share the /30 for the WAN. I don't know if this helps or not.

I have a Cisco 1841 with 1 /30 IP assigned to the WAN interface.
