    installed new mp10a and sd card. System version v4.82 . trying to use installation tool but "samsung" is not a valid password. Also when trying to access admin programming via handset i get a msg stating password has not been set. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

    it's an mp10a with programming i want to keep. Error msg when trying to rerecord and save main greeting prompt 1001. tech pw is known for handset programming but system pw to use IT is not known.
