Noob question regarding adding SIP extensions to shoretel
Good morning, My question is. When adding a (100 sip extension) to the switches page, does this have to be added to a physical line or can it be added to an empty unused line and shoretel will proportion it out. Probably am not explaining this right, but basically do i need to add a sip...- cecilk

Question regarding trunk and trunk groups
Good morning. I am a noob at pbx and telephony, but have a grasp on it. But my question is, i need to remove a trunk from a trunk group on our shoretel system and notice that i cannot do this.
