To Holdmusic34: I contacted the Comcast service department and the "surly" technician told me that their equipment doesn't have an MWI feature that he can turn off so therefore the trouble with the Phantom Rings must be at our end. If you have any other ideas I would sure love to hear them.

It will work when assigned ext. ID 8000 & ext. number 300. However, if I assign ext. number 101 I can get it to work until I reboot the system then it defaults back to 300. What do I need to do to make it stay at 101?
