Eugene i've checked the binding options and layout 'til I'm gibbering - my question is what are the settings needed to print a 52 page booklet from either a PDF or an Indesign doc. I use Indesign CS2 on a G4 Mac with a Xerox phaser DN7700. I am trying to print an A5 booklet, as an Indesign file or as a PDF. Either way the reverse side comes out upside down.
