7300 saying install or reseat cyan cartridge
My xerox is saying install or reseat cyan cartridge, yet we have done this several times and it says the same. We have opened the top cover and held in the cover sensor and the units lift and the toner goes past the window on the cartridge. Anyone any ideas what is wrong ?- canatara
