Thanks for the help. I had known that our version was old, but it hadn't came to mind concerning this problem. It might be that there isn't support for multiple users under XP in this version. My company is using Crystal Reports Pro version 7.0.1.100. We have an installation where 4 users share a PC running Windows XP Pro SP2. Each user has their own account.
