merlin magix vm to mail box after group doesnt answer
Hi,I have a magix with messaging that is setup to answer incoming calls and it zeros out to a calling group 775 with operator and other extensions but my problem is that customer wants it to go to a mail box after say 8 rings,preferably operators extension (not assigned yet)or general mail...- budman17

How do you get general mail box (9991)to answer after grp 775(grp ring)doesnt answer after 6 rings
I have a magix rel 4 that I set up with 4 users in grp 775 (grp ring) and I want the general mb to answer or reception (200)mb to answer after 6 rings if no one answers- budman17
