    Polycom HDX to CM5.2 video failing

    Hi, I'm trying to get a Polycom HDX Video Conferencing system to run off a Avaya Call Manager 5.2 as an endpoint accross our WAN. So far no joy. I can run the HDX as end point of a Polycom CMA but the HDX or CM5.2 will not work. Doe's anyone have any tips on the config settings? Cheers B

    Sadly that doesn't work...if I haven't used 4410 as terminal type is there any way I can get round this one?

    I can log back into the Definity modem but I'm getting a blank screen instead of password prompt any ideas greatly welcome!

    Thanks for the info, much appreciated. I think there was a page 2 but what ever key I pressed it just didn't want to display. So I've ungraciously disconnected from the modem...fingers crossed I can still access the switch.

    I have a (potentailly) dumb question or two... When logged into a Definity system via the cli using a modem can you locked the Defiity modem by ungraciously disconnecing? Also, again using cli, how can disply page 2 when displaying a dial plan? CHeers
