    going up to the board next week

    and need help convicing them of a badly needed upgrade on our PBX 81, 61 and 11 running on 25.40, with t1's tied between them. I've got cost savings as one of the bullets, and an SRS agreement for yearly upgrades if needed.. anyone else provide any bullets? thanks, -bb1.

    having trouble forwarding voice mail message

    no just put it there as an example it is 7604@blinn.edu when i forward using the address above it does nothing in my Outlook mailbox and gives no indication that it has been sent, when I ask the other user who I am sending to if received (also a DESKTOP class user) he says no. thanks, -bb1.

    M3903/ M3904 soft buttons programmed as 911 SpeedDial ?

    Our Risk Manager is asking if it is possible to program 911 Speed Dial or Hot Dial on one of the 4 Soft Buttons on the M3903/M3904 phones when it is IDLE; is this possible? thanks, -bb1.

    OTM traffic reports??

    I am unable to forward messages in the CallPilot inbox of my Outlook application am I addressing this incorrectly? ie. : 7303@callpilot.domain.com or should it be User@callpilot.domain.com ? (what appears on the CallPilot mailbox name field?) any help is appreciated. thanks, -bb1.
