Hi,
-With frame relay mappings you should always remember to map a remote ip address to a local dlci.
Example: for your HUB's s1/1 interface, the frame map statement should be:-
frame-relay map ip 20.0.1.1 102 broadcast
frame-relay map ip [remote ip] [local dlci] broadcast
-Mixing dynamic...
CiscoGuy,
You are right, due to the fact that people purchase cisco stuff on ebay internationally it wouldn't be a problem to ship cisco stuff internationally as well.(maybe that the sellers complete a registration with cisco)
The reason I asked is that I know of a family that donate pc...
Hi everyone,
Lets say a friend of mine lives in a 3rd word country (which is not an enemy of the us). He would love to get a little hands on with cisco equipment in preparation for his CCNA. The problem is as you might imagine there aren't much cisco stuff floating around over there. What if I...

Hi,
I am bidding on what by the looks of it is 1841 router. The description says it's a 1841 wireless modem? and shows a picture with the antenna sticking from the back. If there is a wireless module available can you guess which one?
You can see the picture of the auction here...

Hi guys,
When I first got my switches and routers I couldn't help but notice that the switches have no on/off switch while the routes do. I kinda ignored it at first but now i am curious what the logic behind? What techniques do you use to power cycle these things without yanking a cable?
Justvistin,
I have a NM-16 module on a 2610 and here is my config. Not sure for a 2511, but i think you have to add the commands below the tty lines 1 16.
AccessServer#show run
Building configuration...
Current configuration : 917 bytes
!
version 12.1
no service single-slot-reload-enable...
All I can say is glad I did not put the NM-16 module for sale!!! I got an octal cable a put this thing up on a 2610 router. Wow!!! What a difference now it's like I am flying through my labs...lol. My lab expanded to like 10 devices and sure it was a pain changing console cables. So thanks guys.
Hello,
I am planning to beef up my 2610(non XM) to max memory. Is a 64MB module for a 2610XM compatible with my 2610? Maybe a picture of the module from the auction can help as well. Thanks.
