Thanks for your help. I look at the cabling documents and understand how they come up ring 0 and ring 1 and how they are cabled,what I dont get is how the rings comnuicate with each other.

I have a Octel 250 hook up to a Nortel OPT 11 which has 8 lines for the voicemail.I check thr TN's and found that there were in LOG OUT state.I disabled the card in th OPt 11 they still wont clear.How do i reset them in the octel.

I have a mer mail that the link to the pms is down i removed the PMS from the cable that goes to the merdian mail and shorted pins 2 and 3 and the link still will not come up.i have ordered a NT6P42AA UTILITY Can anyone post the procedure to replace this card.
