'scanner not found' error
linney, Thanks for the response. How do I check on WIA service? In control panel 'printers and scanners', my scanner software doesn't show. Having loaded it in 'add or remove', I can't get it to load through 'printers and scanners'. Connections are clean. Device manager had MacPhyter PCI...- bkh1

'scanner not found' error
I keep getting the error 'scanner not found'. I have checked the connection, uninstalled and reinstalled the software, restarted the machine, etc. The software opens, and the scanner bulb is on, but when I try to scan, I get the error.- bkh1
