Cannot program the Preferred Line Answer feature on Starplus STS
I have the manual and have looked the procedure up online to no avail. I have an employee that has to hit the line that is ringing before it will answer or show the caller id. I have tried to program the phone to answer automatically using the Flash 50 and 51 features on this and other phones...- birdstrike
