SYS4399 on Opt 11
Hi Our Labs Opt11's SSC developed a fault and had to be replaced. We are now having SYS4399 issues and our DECT DMC8 is not working. Is there a way to restore the keycodes? As this is a lab device no support was ever taken out on it. Can anyone asssit? Rgds Bigshow- Bigshow1977

CallPilot “CAT-5E” MPB96 Firmware Update
Hi I have some MPB96 that are in need of the update to fix the fault outlined in Bulletin Number: PAA-2010-0034-Global-Rev1. Avaya have stopped the advance replacement service. Does anyone know have a way to have the firmware updated? Any help will gratefully received :-) Rgds Phil- Bigshow1977
