We replaced the cable and the DS1 card and were still haveing issues. After 3 attempts reporting the problem with AT&T they finally replaced a card in thier network and resolved the problem.

We put in a PRI configured as NI2 and intermittenly it will go out of service for a few seconds and then come back. I suspect it is the carrier AT&T but they have done a stress test and say it is our equipment. We have another PRI configured for LD and it is working fine and this is programmed...
