Calculating elapsed time
I am trying to calculate how many business hours have elasped from a certain date and time(arrival Time) . My business hours are Monday-Friday from 7AM-6PM. If someone issues a service request , I have 8 business hours to complete. If a call comes in at 4:00pm I add 2 hours till 6:00 PM, then I...- bhomer
