I tried that. I am having the same problem, but it is when ca message is being left. This particular customer does not do call recordings, so that seemed to have no affect.

They are. It has been verified that they are honoring EF through the priority queue. The problem seems to be on the near end, and the routing hardware allowing the BE request to burst to the entire bandwidth for incoming. The Netvanta only honors QOS on the outbound interface.
