    I've found the problem. It seems when MiCollab goes from Deskphone to Softphone it works fine, but going back to Deskphone from Softphone is the issue. it makes you absent in the ring group.

    Got it working in the end, it was down to CN error. I am having with the calendar integration, it sees i'm in a meeting but it is not changing my dynamic status. Also, does the calendar integration pick up the subject title of the calendar appointment?

    I am not using the IDS connector due to licencing. What i am using is MiCollab Client Service Configuration > Synchronisation Tab > Active Directory/LDAP Synchronizer Do i still need to put the certs on the AD server?

    We have a scenario, where an ACD agent is skill set 1, Mon to Wed and then skill set 3 Thursday to Friday. At present IT make the change as we are the only ones with that level of access. Is there a way a allowing that level of access but to only the agent groups they manage?

    i want to be able to divert from an internal number to multiple speedcalls that point to external numbers. So far i have set up the internal number call forward to an acd path that interflows to the speed call and then dials out. Any ideas?
