    New SV8500 call distorted

    We recently upgraded to the SV8500 and I have had some issues with calls sounding distorted almost mechanical. Has anyone heard of any issues like this and what is causing it and what can I do to correct it?

    I have programmed that command and that is what is odd. I have a lot of Hot lines programmed but these 2 are on a different system. It has something to with the AHLS/AHLSN command.

    Hot line on NEC 2400 IPX DM

    The phone I am trying to program is on the NEC 2400 IPX, I can get it to work if I program it as an analog line but when I change it to a hot line it has a fast busy. How can I get it to work? What am I missing?
