4.0 Doing f985 738662/266344. It works on my test BCM wont at site. I know why I can't log in, someone changed the 266344 and the 985 wont reset it that only resets the 10020000.

Nope no maintenance. Just a high profile government agency. With a civilian company we had to pay 1.500 for the keycode.

Update: Took a HD out of a decommissioned BCM 400 did some testing with moving it to another decommissioned BCM 400 found that the programming stayed on the phones and the HD I put in had the AA and MB's from the other system. The keycodes were not there. I was able to open a ticket with Avaya...

My problem is I am in DC and the site is not. It is up near Canada. Would have IT people swap it. Thanks

For the patches Do not know if any were installed and there is no backup. So I'm screwed.

Ok Tech's back at it again. The BCM 400 that the HD has failed the phones are up. This BCM has a PRI. I have another BCM with good HD. No PRI If I put the good drive in the one with a bad drive can I reenter the Key Codes for the Dead HD On it that has the PRI Keys? And if this will work just...

Ok Replacement BCM the one that has the good HD only has 9 mail box licenses the BCM with the bad HD has 60 VM license. Where does the system get the S/N from. We have the Keys for it too.

Oh and on subcontractors this is for a secure site and they would need a TS clearance.

Do you know of any docs telling step by step on changing out the drive and what is involved. This would be for an IT person to follow. Thanks

The system that has a dead HD is a 400 was trying to swap out the 400 for the 450 and that is not going to work. Looking to have them install a new drive with 4.0 on it. What sucks is this is in Iowa and I'm in DC.

Sorry it has been years since I did my one HD replacement and trying to remember what was needed. Have no idea what patches it may of had can get same version HD. Don't know if there is a back up either. Thanks for your input.

Trying to get a straight answer If we replace the bad hard Drive with a 4.0 HD, the system is a 4.0, does the MSC and the new HD talk and load the Telephony programming? And all is needed is to build the Call Pilot if there is no back up. Or is there a Doc on this. I can't find one. Thanks.
