IPO Partner Mode MOH
I purchased a 1/8 mono plug and able to get good sound clarity on butt sett. The plug fits into the au8dio but i can not hear any music. I checked Auxilary equipment and MOH is active. Any info would help alot?- allan327

MOH IP OFFICE 500
I INSTALLED AN IP OFFICE 500 IN QUICK MODE. I PUT IN A 1/8 MONO PLUGG FOR MUSIC ON HOLD. MOH IS ACTIVE IN PROGRAMING. I GET GOOD SOUND QUALITY AT THE END OF THE MONO PLUG. IS THERE A SPECIAL PLUG FOR THIS THAT AVAYA MAKES FOR MOH?- allan327
