I can attempt an analysis, but I cannot ping my ELAN from my WAN as it is private. Are you asking me to put a PC on the ELAN and see if I can ping elements on the ELAN itself?- AirgasEast

The ELAN is actually 100% private from the rest of my LAN/WAN. 2 seperate routers connected via a point to point (telco, not fibre - we have a remote site with a cabinet in it) Those routers both have switches hanging off of them - of course and the ELAN, and ELAN only hangs off those switches.- AirgasEast
