Didn't help, I dialed Speaker - 712 - Speaker is that correct? if so all it does it give me a busy signal. Am I missing something?- AgentSource

I have 24 button DT330 phones, which are all managed via a webportal (Univerge SV8100) I’m have an issue with one of the extensions where if I call it from any phone in the company it won’t ring at his desk however I can talk to him freely as if he has already picked up.
