    Thank you both, our supplier did not tell us that these phones had a restriction on firmware levels. It seems that they are doing everything they can to force us to upgrade!

    Well I purchased some newer 1100's and they all come with latest firmware.. they won't downgrade when connected to PBX, I get a FW Authentication error, so it looks like I'll have to manually downgrade the sets, but without the firmware on my PC I can't do that either, so I'm just looking for...

    Hello, I'm looking for someone who may have the firmware 0625C1B for the 1100 series sets (this is on rls 4.5). I have some new phones that are in need of a firmware downgrade but I can't seem to find the firmware anywhere! Any help is appreciated. Thank you, Alecia

    Polycom 6000

    If you put the IP address of the polycom into a browser it'll let you configure the device via GUI. Username is Polycom Password (default) is 456 Under the General section select Time, you can set the unit to sycronize with a SNTP server. Hope this helps.
