I don't think that works. Take a look at this, this is the footage imported in NTSC format Here is the fottage copied to PAL format. How can I change it to PAL inside NTSC instead of copying it over which is 2 hours in total and readjusting everything.- adsluk01

I made the mistake of capturing PAL footage in NTSC format which is 23FPS and PAL is 25FPS. I already edited it and ready for exporting but I can't because the picture has two black bars on the side and will not look good on PAL TV's.
