In the CCMS Server...go to Avaya->Contact Center->Manager Server->Multicast Stream Control->. The RTD Compression box needs to be unchecked. This worked on the Telecorp reader board I wa sworking on.

No, I found out they do still will work.It just has to be set for RTD compression in the AACC.I will get the notes and post them.

I think the CC6 or Symposium used to log into these reader boards with the old FAT Client. Since upgrading to CS1K 7.5 and installing an Ayaya Aura Contact Center, they don't work anymore. Also the NICE seems to be the same way. Does anyone know a solution? Like Agent Desktop Display or something.
