To block an incoming caller CLID

Make a short code, such as *99, make the feature "Barred", the telephone number blank, the line group ID 0

In the Incoming Call Route, the line group is 0, the Incoming Number is *, the Incoming CLID is the number you want to block. On the Destination tab, type *99 in the drop down box.
