Lifesize configuration:

The IP address of the Avaya pbx is both the Registrar and Proxy. Choose Registration type as "Through Proxy"


Domain is Avaya IP address as well.

UserID: Numeric Extension created for Avaya
Password: Login code (should be numeric) entered in Telephony/Supervisor settings under user properties.
Display Name: Lifesize
Authorization Name: First entry on User tab.

Register with domain and receive calls.
